Why The Owner chose Magnolia North

As a kid we went to different beaches every year. It was fun and exciting to go on these trips during Spring Break and summer vacations. Then one year we made the trip to Myrtle Beach.

Ever since that year, I have been a frequent visitor. As our family grew

we realized that our daughter and son also loved the ocean. After a few trips, we fell in love with Myrtle Beach's numerous top-rated golf courses, bargain shopping/dining and friendly people.

We were sold, after years of traveling all over the US and Caribbean, Myrtle Beach

is the choice for us. It's just the perfect place for everyone.

There was no question, we had to make this our home. This is not your ordinary villa. We put only the best of amenities and decorations for your enjoyment. Nothing was spared.

Home Away From Home

Once again we enjoyed this condo for an entire month. With everything in it that is needed for comfort, we always felt like we were "home". Upon our arrival, we had a question, and the owner immediately made himself available to assist us by phone. It's obvious that the owners care not only about their property, but also about the well-being of their renters. We will be back again. Thank You.

Great Condo, Great Location

We booked this condo last minute and stayed for 3 nights. It's close to the beach with easy public access parking. It's also in the nicer part of Myrtle. The photos represent the place well. We were there for our daughter's college parent's weekend. It was nice to have a condo vs a hotel room to bring her to hang-out. Only suggestion is to bring a few dishwashing machine tablets so you don't have to buy a big box. Will rent the unit again!

Average Experience given because of two issues.
1.) Why was a carpet cleaning scheduled during our stay when the calender shows this unit to be open for the next few weeks, this should not have been done.
2.) We had to buy drain cleaner to put into the tub in the master bedroom bath. We should be reimbursed for that and the time we took to fix it.
Owner's Response: We apologize for any inconvenience. We always strive to make sure the villa is in a presentable condition at all times.

The carpet cleaning was scheduled immediately after the previous rental group, which was the day before your arrival. It was recommended by our cleaning company based on the last departure.

Unfortunately, the carpet company wasn't able to schedule before your arrival. We were not aware of the drainage issue and would have definitely addressed immediately. We value, address and take all reviews seriously.

Great Location in Magnolia Pointe

Perfect condo in the perfect Location. Very quiet. On the 1st Floor which is a big plus. Walk out the sliding door and go to the right and you can swim at the largest pool in the complex; go to the left and there is a smaller pool with a large barbeque area (3) barbeques, (2) dining tables & (2) large picnic tables. Desktop computer was great. Owner made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Jim.

First Time Visit to Myrtle Beach

This was my family's first visit to Myrtle Beach & the whole experience was wonderful! We have visited other cities and were disappointed when we checked into our rooms and were skeptical for this one. But we were blown away when we opened the door and everything was immaculate & up-to-date. This unit made us feel right at home. Our daughter and niece was overjoyed with their room and connecting bathroom. The entire complex is VERY nice! I would recommend this unit to others because the pictures on the internet are exactly what you will see. My family & I have decided that we will take a trip again to Myrtle Beach and will be staying at this unit again. This is a home away from home & it is wonderful!
