2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom Home - Great Views And Great Location (Sleeps 6)

Our home is on the outskirts of Panguitch City. It has been recently remodled with new carpet, flooring, appliances, kitchen cabinets and more. This is a fantastic alternative to any motel. Great for a couple, 2 couples, or a small family. Bedrooms have new queen size beds which will sleep 2. The couch is good for the 5th person. A fully functioning kitchen with new refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. The wood burning stove is great for the cool mountaion mornings. Heat and Air Conditioning. Plenty of parking for trailers or boats.
About Leslie Taylor

This home is owned by my mother-in-law. She grew up in Southern Utah and loves the area dearly. However, opportunities in the early 80's led her and her husband and their children to Alaska. In 1993 she and her husband had the opportunity to join our children in opening a tour company near Bryce Canyon. This gave her the opportunity to split her time between two very beautiful and different areas. They operated a tour company, motel, and restaurants near Bryce Canyon for many years. She loves the area and is excited to share her home with you and hopefully help you enjoy it also.

Why Leslie Taylor chose Bryce Canyon

This home was unique in its design and was not finished. Great joy was taken in refinishing it and making it a home away from home. Our ancestors settled in this area during the 1800's. It is awesome to be able to walk where they walked. It is even better to be able to share it with others.

What makes this house unique

The location of this home is fantastic. It is central to so many beautiful areas such as: Bryce Canyon, Zion Canyon, Capital Reef, Cedar Breaks, Mammoth Caves, Panguitch Lake, Red Canyon, Grand Staircase National Monument, and more. It is a great location for enjoying many outdoor activities such as: fishing, hunting, hiking, mountain biking, photography and sight seeing. My home is on the outskirts of Panguitch and has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. It is only a few blocks from all the events hosted by Panguitch every year including: Balloon Festival, Harley Davidson Rally, Quilt Walk, Rodeos, Sporting Events, and more.

Bryce Canyon National Park is just 20 minutes away. Zion Canyon National Park is a beautiful 1 hour drive. Brian Head Ski Resort is just 30 minute away. Lake Powell is less than 3 hours away. Grand Canyon North Rim is under 3 hours also. Grand Staircase national Monument is 1 hour away. Panguitch Lake is an incredible 20 minute drive. All American Highway 12 is ranked as one of the top 10 highways in the nation. It begins just a few miles from our home. Our home is located on outskirts of Panguitch and has beautiful views of the mountains surrounding Historic Panguitch. Panguitch hosts many fantastic events including a Hot Air Baloon Festival, Harley Davidson Rally, Quilt Walk, Sports Events, Rodeo Events and More. Our home is in a great location as it is quite and peaceful but close to all the activities.
