Charming 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch overlooking 100' West Grand Traverse Bay with stunning sunrise views. Slip out on the deck in the morning with a mug of coffee and start your day relaxing to the spectacular view of sparkling water, big blue sky and warm rays of the sun. The perfect in the middle of everything location! There are dozen of wineries within 5 minutes or less from Suttons Bay Splendor too.

This great home sleeps 10 with 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins (crib also available), Sleeper Sofa and a Queen air mattress. 2 full baths with showers (1 tub). Wood floors in main area of house. TV in living room and one bedroom. Living room and dining area overlook the bay with beautiful sunrise view. Kitchen is fully stocked with electric stove, coffee grinder, dishwasher included. Washer dryer in laundry room. Linens are provided. 3 ceiling fans. Fireplace. Window Air. Your well-mannered dog is welcome. Cabana with bar area and seating overlooking the Bay just off of the deck. Kick back and relax!

Cable TV, DVD, Stereo with CD player, Ipod docking station. Wireless Internet.

Outdoors enjoy deck, fire pit. SUNDAY-SUNDAY prime summer months. Splendor is 4 miles south of the village of Suttons Bay and 11 miles to Traverse City. Leelanau trail is one mile west.Off peak short stays available.

THE TOWN OF SUTTONS BAY – Heading north, about 15 minutes from Traverse City, you will discover the idyllic village of Suttons Bay on the eastern shore of the Leelanau Peninsula on Grand Traverse Bay. The Suttons Bay harbor has been a haven for boaters since the early 19th century. Today, families bask in the sun on the shores or walk the boardwalk around the marina. Stop in and visit the Inland Seas Visitors Center,the quaint antique shops and artist galleries, hike or snowshoe the Leelanau Trail or Bahles Park. If that’s not enough visit Candy World for some sweet treats or divine deserts at Suttons Bay Bakery. At the end of the day have dinner at one of the many wonderful eateries such as Martha’s Table or Boones PrimeTime Pub and relax with a movie at The Bay Theatre. (and you can walk to everything!) Like sledding? Bahles Park right in the village offers family fun for free.On your way south out of town stop by the Hilltop Barn for home decor, gifts and antiques & great food at 22 & Vines.

Nice house but had some issues with amenities

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
House was very nice and large enough to fit at least 8 people. However finding the house was quite difficult. they did now have an address on the mailbox by te street and the address is difficult for the GPS to figure out where to direct us. There wasn't a wifi code but I have been told they are looking into fixing that. The driveway wasn't plowed when there was a decent amount of snow on the ground...this wouldn't be an issue in the summer. Other than that the place was nice just a few issues with the ammenities.
