This a cute and comfortable second level condo on East Grand Traverse Bay with accommodations for up to 4 in this 1 bedroom 2 bath with a King bed and a Sofabed. Jacuzzi bath in main bedroom. Enjoy the View features a western view so you can enjoy the sunset views on the balcony while you enjoy a glass of great local wine. The second floor gives you a great front seat view! The condo has a kitchenette which includes dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, 2 burner stove top and mini fridge. Living room dining combo faces the lake. Air conditioning. Cable TV/Internet/Radio. TV in living room and bedroom. Washer Dryer. Linens are included.

This area offers great exciting things to do.

There are festivals, street fairs, wineries and so much more in this great area. Check out the TC Film Festival, Cherry Festival in Traverse City or the Venetian Fest in Elk Rapids. These towns are only minutes away. Free casino transit from condo.

I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
A small, clean condo with lovely views. BUT...We got there and needed a good night's sleep--not possible in the "canoe bed"; I desperately needed a glass of ice water--not possible because the icemaker was frozen shut!; hoped to relax in the jacuzzi, but, alas, also impossible!--no plug! Overall, three not-so-small disappointments tainted the positives!

The condo lived up to its billing on the rental website and we really did enjoy the view! The rental company was very good and Nora was a pleasure to work with. We did have a little trouble with the icemaker and did not get the internet access code until the second day of our stay. I do recimmend this location.

Thanks to the great ladies at Visit Up North, we were able to get this condo for our long weekend in Traverse City. Very quiet place. We never could get the TV working in the living area, but that's the biggest problem we had.
