2 bedrooms, (originally 3), accomodates 4/6 people, 2 full baths, 1 toilet

Charming apartment on the sixth floor. Originally 3 bedrooms turned into 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, toilet and servant’s room and full bath. It is 92 m2 or 1000 square feet, finely furnished. Both bedrooms have a queen bed and, the den has a sofa bed. There are independent air conditioning units in the master bedroom, den and living room.

Equipped w / 42 inch TV and Internet (cable and Wi-Fi), fridge-freezer, microwave and the like.

There is parking space for 1 vehicle.

For safety reasons there are nets in every window.

Fully illuminated with unobstructed views of Corcovado (Christ the Redeemer), and a partial view of Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas.

Bucolic and quiet and near the famous Mall of Gávea, which has countless designer shops, 5 theaters and a movietheater.

When it comes to gastronomy, Gavea hosts many different cuisines and price ranges, from Rio’s famous juice bars to a la carte restaurants.

The Planetarium is 5 minutes away and the famous Botanical Garden a 10 minute

walk.

Another attraction is called 'Low Gávea', which is a night spot frequented by youth and where one can eat a quick meal, and mingle with the see and be seen crowd. During carnival international celebrities, like Kim Karsashian, stopped by Low Gavea for a beer.

Nuestra estadía el departamento fue sumamente agradable. El departamento es realmente hermoso y muy cómodo. El barrio en el que se encuentra es precioso. No tuvimos inconvenientes de ningún tipo, y la relación con el dueño fue de lo más cordial. Es una persona atenta y seria. Recomiendo sin dudas este departamento!
