This spacious two-bedroom, one-bath unit is located on the first floor of a vintage 1920s Spanish-style building. Wonderful accents make this apartment feel more like a home, and is near many restaurants, shopping, nightclubs and cultural activities.

This residence is in walking distance to CBS Studios, the Los Angeles Farmer's Market and The Grove Mall (home to NBC's “Extra!”).

This spacious two-bedroom, one-bath apartment is located on the first floor of this small vintage 1920s Spanish-style building. With a sleeper-sofa in the living room, it sleeps six comfortably. Wood floors, Saltillo tiles, lots of windows, floor-length curtains and wall sconces, make this apartment feel more like a home. An added plus is the close proximity to many of the hippest restaurants, shopping, nightclubs and cultural activities in Los Angeles.

The spacious living room overlooks the tree-lined residential street and has contemporary furnishings that include a queen sleeper-sofa, large flat-screen television and the decorative charm of the original fireplace. There is central heating throughout and a wall mounted air-conditioning unit is in the living room. The living room opens to the separate dining room via a large archway. Guests can enjoy a meal at the contemporary dining table that seats six, or get some work done in the adjoining office nook, furnished with a writing table, chair and coat closet. Wi-fi is complementary. The kitchen allows for circular flow via the dining room or hallway. Light and bright, the kitchen has ivory-colored granite countertops, white painted wood cabinetry, built-in breakfast bar/kitchen desk and saltillo floor tiles. Stainless steel appliances include a gas stove/oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Countertop appliances include a microwave, toaster and coffee pot.

Down the hall is the bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination with sliding doors, and plenty of marble countertop space and cabinetry. The hallway has built-in linen cabinets, a coat closet and a private laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer.

Across from the bathroom is the guest bedroom which has two twin beds with green-and-white duvet covers, a ceiling fan and contemporary bright orange accents, including a large dressing mirror, glass lamp and pillows. At the end of the hallway lies the master bedroom, which is handsomely decorated with a king-sized bed in charcoal grey duvet, wood dresser, area rug, white leather reading chair, wall-mounted flat-screen television and ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and windows that look onto the grassy backyard. The backyard and parking garage can be accessed via the laundry room. Guests are welcome to use the yard, patio seating and barbeque grill of sister building, 335 N. Orange Grove Avenue, next door.

Additional amenities include cable and one-car parking for a medium- to small-sized car. Note the garage door is manual. Dogs allowed for an extra fee.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, QUIET STREET, NICE BUILDING.

Very efficient and professional communication with the team. The property is really nice. The apartment is big and has a lot of space. Situated in a convenient quiet street, you're not far away from markets and restaurants. Wi-fi in the apartment is a plus. All very clean. Rear garage. Our stay was absolutely perfect.

VERY COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY.

The apartment was very bright,clean & well furnished. It was very comfortable & I really liked being on the ground floor. It is in a very convenient neighborhood. We could walk to restaurants & it is a short drive to the Beverly Center & The Grove. There is a great bagel bakery just down the street & an excellent Thai restaurant called Joom. Having a garage was really helpful for those times when we could not find street parking.
I would suggest upgrading the bed linens & the pillows. Otherwise, everything was in really good shape. We come to LA fairly often & we'd be happy to stay here again.
