Buddha and serene waters will give you perfect meditative ambience to relax. Also a private boat deck is available with paddle boat for two to enjoy a relaxing boat ride in the lake.

This is a newly remodeled single story home with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, upgraded kitchen, dining room, family room, office room and living room with gorgeous view of lake from most areas of the home. Backyard consists of a large covered patio with ample seating area to enjoy mesmerizing views of the lake and beautiful AZ skies, an outdoor grill and cooking area, outdoor fire place, fire pit, spa, gazebo, mature landscape with palm trees, grape fruit tree where mornings and evenings are just magical.

Located close to Chandler fashion mall, Ocotillo Golf course, the Village club and many more restaurants, shopping areas and entertainment venues. About 25 minutes to Phoenix Sky harbor airport.

This is the perfect place for a family getaway , for a quick weekend trip or a longer stay during winter for our snowbirds !

Best house we’ve ever rented in the Phoenix area

Really great up-to-date spacious house in a very quiet neighborhood. Lots of comfortable outdoor seating spaces. All the appliances were like new and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners were always available to handle any questions. We’ve been renting houses in the Valley for 18 years and this one was the best yet.

Lovely Vacation Home

The house is just as beautiful in person. It was very clean and the owners were very communicative. It has a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and paper supplies. The location is perfect for us as it is close to family but the water views (and paddle boat!) made our trip even better than we anticipated. We’d love to stay here again for our next family visit in the Phoenix area.

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing

Artistic detail throughout inside and outdoors. Large windows looking out to patio and lake. The whole family enjoyed the pedal boat on the lake. Comfortable conversation areas inside and out. Beautiful!

Arizona paradise
