We live in the west and are 5 years short of retiring. We love to travel and adore the French culture although we do not speak French. The local people in Quebec are friendly and helpful and the food is amazing.

I fell in love with this place because it closely resembles Europe. I visit once or twice per year and will make it my part time residence once I retire as it is getting harder to travel to Europe.
We visit the local market daily located near the train station to get vegetables, meats and cheeses. We buy a fresh baguette daily across the street and sip at wine while we eat bread, cheese and pate. We enjoy the restaurants and local art.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home. The apartment was lovely and the location terrific. I will certainly recommend this place to others. Thank you so much for all of the things you have here which made our stay make us feel right at home.
I just spent a month in this apartment (condominium) located right in the middle of the walled part of old Quebec City. The building the apartment is located in is several hundred years old but the condo has been totally renovated keeping the historic charm of the building but infusing it with all of the modern amenities. I loved living in this apartment for a month and felt like a local instead of a tourist as the street the apartment is on is mostly residential. The apartment is in a perfect location right in the middle of the walled city of Quebec and all tourist locations and restaurants inside of the city are easily walkable as are several grocery stores.
Equally important to the actual apartment is that you get exactly what you see and are told by Patti, the owner. She delivers what she promises and she has an on-site concierge that is responsive if you have anything that you may need help with while you are there. Between Patti and Annick, you can be assured you will be well taken care of and can relax and enjoy your time in Quebec.
We loved the place. Great location. All the comforts of home. Really. It was so cozy and wonderful to return to everyday. We would stay again.
Our family stayed at this apartment and absolutely loved it. It is in an EXCELLENT location. We were so close to everything the city has to offer. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Patti was very helpful with questions that I had prior to our visit. The parking was also convenient, as we had a car. I would definitely recommend this property and I would stay here again.
My daughter and I had a wonderful time in Quebec and absolutely adored the apartment we rented. It was perfect, very clean, comfortable, great location near everything yet tucked away and quiet.
From the apartment you can walk to everything, upper town, lower town and all over old quebec. If you want to venture further the buses are easily accessible.
There is a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. The supermarket and grocery stores are nearby and have delicious French delicacies (pates, cheeses, bread, smoked meats, wine, etc.)
The beds are comfortable, and it was nice to come back in the evenings to a comfortable, warm and charming apartment.
The bathroom is updated and spotless. The water pressure was good and the cabinets are stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels.
Lastly, there is a washer/ dryer in the basement of the building for your convenience.
We would definitely rent this apartment again.
Wow! You can't beat this location! It's within walking distance to just about everything. My husband and I, and our two young adult daughters had a wonderful stay! We walked down to the Old Port and the Farmer's Market. Hopped onto a Ferry to Levis. We walked and shopped along Rue St. Jean and the antique shops of Rue St. Paul. Our daughters walked to a couple of nice night clubs on Grande Allee Est. We walked to and toured the Parliament Building. Wednesday night we enjoyed fireworks over the river near the Chateau Frontenac. Staying at this charming condo was a treat! It had everything you needed. My husband loves to cook, so he was happy to cook a few meals. Eating out for a family of four every night can be very expensive in Quebec! The condo was clean and cozy. We loved the deck. The photos are spot on! The owner always returned my e-mails and the concierge was right there with the keys when we arrived. He helped my husband find the garage to park our car. We used the car only twice. A ride to the Parc de la Chute-Montmorency, is a must see and do!
Everything was just wonderful. Patti was very responsive to emails and answered questions quickly and thoroughly. The pictures do not do this property justice. Excellent location. There is a small but wonderful grocery across the street, a larger grocery and an SAQ (Canada's alcohol retail store) a few blocks away and wonderful restaurants everywhere. We loved Paillard for pastries and Tutto Gelato. Great food at Cafe du Monde and we got to see Cirque du Soleil!!!
The building has lots of character and the apartment has all of the amenities. Patti has done a wonderful job updating the space while retaining the character of the neighborhood. Our family of three slept well, ate well, and enjoyed a glass of wine at the end of an evening on the deck.
