Fantastic Oasis in the heart of Central Florida

If you are looking for the perfect spot to stay on your next trip to Florida, consider Palm Tree Villa at the top of your list! Perfectly located only 15 minutes from the gates of Walt Disney, and a little over an hour from each coast, the villa offers the ideal vacation spot with an opportunity for day trips to most tourist locations. All your shopping needs are within minutes of the house, with a Walmart and Publix two minutes up the road for groceries and necessities. There are too many restaurants within minutes of the house to list, but rest assured all the major chains are nearby.
This was our third trip to Palm Tree Villa in the last 3 years with our young children, and the home has been meticulously maintained over the years by the owners. We have had no issues with any of our stays, and in fact we've already booked again for next year. When in Florida, we won’t stay anywhere else and our kids now call it their Florida home. The owners are very courteous, accommodating and fantastic to work with, responding quickly to any and all questions.
The home itself is very spacious and well appointed, with many modern touches and conveniences such as flatscreen TVs, Free WiFi and Cable TV and VoiP phone calling for free domestic and international calls. There is also a BBQ on the patio for those evenings when you want to stay home and grill your dinner on the outdoor screened in patio. You will find everything you need in the home from dishes, to beach towels and extra pillows and blankets.
With 5 nicely decorated bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there is plenty of space to easily accommodate two families. The two Master suites have access to the rear pool deck and screened in pool area, leaving no one feeling neglected for space or convenience. The beautiful pool is heated and lighted for evening swims, and the spa is a nice touch at the end of a long day in the theme parks.
The decor is charming and gives you that "at home" feeling. If you have young children as we do, they will love staying in one of the two Disney themed children's rooms. Also a must for young families, there are free laundry facilities on site, as well as plenty of plastic dishes stocked in the cupboards so you don't have to worry about them breaking anything. There are board games, video games, books even a pool table and air hockey to entertain everyone on a rainy day. Nothing has been left out!
