The building is very secure with underground parking, two elevators, two saunas, hot tub, and heated pool overlooking the ocean.
There is also a fully equipped exercise room on the main level of the building.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass top stove, full size microwave oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven and all the dishes, glassware, and utensils you will need.
All linens and towels are provided. There is a laundry room in the unit with full a size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
