The views are stunning, you can literally see 20 miles up and down the beach. Sunbird B Unit with a bright beach décor. This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, king bed and sliding glass door from the bedroom to the balcony. Everything you need to have a great time at the beach.

We have been coming to Panama City Beach for several years now and love all the faces it has to offer. There is the noise and excitement of Spring Break and Thunder on the Beach, the family vacations in the Summer and our snowbird friends in the cooler months. We love Panama City Beach because it offers vacation opportunities for everyone, from tacky beach to upscale luxury, you can find it here.

As the owners of This property, having you as a very happy and pleased guest is very important to us. We have a 'cleanest condo guarantee'. We provide superior cleaning services and then, as the owners, go through the unit and double check it and make sure everything is perfect before your stay. If you need something during your stay, we will be taking your needs and we can asure you that no management company will care more about your needs than the OWNER.

Our rates include more amenities than any of the management companies. We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, kleenex, dishwasher detergent, coffee, and bath soap for your stay!

Finally, the price we quote is what you will pay. We have no charges hidden in the 'fine print' and we won't 'surprise' you with additional charges when you get here.

This is a very special unit to us. It has been our personal unit until very recently and it was the first unit we bought. It is clean, well maintained and has one of the best views anywhere in Panama City. Both the bedroom and living room have a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf. From the balcony, you can see St Andrews State Park at one end and Pinnacle Port at the other end.

What makes this condo unique

The Sunbird is something really special. It's very family friendly but also loved by older couples. The location can't be beat. Near all the things you and your family will want to do. The unit is fully equipped so you can dine in and enjoy fresh seafood purchased near by or walk a few feet to Pineapple Willeys, Dee's Hangout or down the beach to Spinners. The pace at Sunbird affords you plenty of time around the pool, beach or simply enjoying the deck outside your unit with a cup of coffee or your favorite drink as the sunsets.

    *A $150 Refundable Security/Damage deposit is required and will be returned within 3 days of your departure, assuming no damage.
    *Sunbird Home Owners Association requires a $15 parking sticker and $2 i.d. wristbands for all guests age 12 and over. If you stay 5 or more days we will pay for your first parking permit and 4 wrist bands.
    *Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 10am.

My husband and I chose one of Pam's Condos for our recent stay in Panama City Beach. This condo is located on the ground floor, which was very convenient for going out to the beach and has a beautiful panaromic view of the ocean. It was very spacious and comfortably furnished. Everything was very clean and updated. I usually feel that I have to rinse off or clean up things in a rental before I can use them but this condo was so clean that I never felt the need to do this. The kitchen is very generously equipt with most anything you would need to cook a meal and the owners have provided a nice booklet full of suggestions and discount coupons for restaurants and nearby attractions. Our favorite was Sharky's which is a great place to eat on the beach and watch the sunset and only 15 minutes away. This condo is also conveniently located to shopping centers and the local zoo. The owners of this property were close by and made sure we knew they were available in case of any problems (which there were none). We would definately recommend this property to our friends and relatives and are plannig another trip here later this year.

Fantastic Vacation!

My husband and I were looking a place by the beach for our getaway vacation, and Steve was able to accommodate our needs at the last minute at very reasonable price. Everything at this 1-unit beachfront condo was exactly as pictured and more. Yes, the property was clean and well-maintained. We did not have any problems whatsoever. We love this unit mostly because we were able to see the ocean while we were laying in the master king-size bed. Couldn't ask for anything more than that! Definitely recommend to friends and relatives.

Amazing Veiw! And so close to everything!

This condo is amazing! Clean and comfortable, never a wait at the elevators, completely serene and beautiful with a gorgeous veiw of the gulf. I took my 3 young teenage daughters for spring break and though PCB is a party destination and the older teens were quite loud on the streets, you can't hear any of it from the cobdo or even outside on the patio. So close to Walmart, which was great since I had to go there about 4 times! I highly recommend Pam and Steve's condo, they were so helpful and always timely with emails and calls. Can't wait to go back!

This is the first unit we purchased in Panama City Beach and for the past two years this was where we stayed. The views are spectacular as you can see both directions the full length of the beach.
