Photos and Description of the Cape Coral vacation villa rental

Our house is located at a wide saltwater channel in the southwest of Cape Coral, i.e. you can go out to the open sea or to the Island of Sanibel with the boat directly from the house. The property size amounts to approx. 1000 qm. The house itself has approx. 150 qm. The pool area offers 40 qm of terrace. The whole area amounts approx. 320 qm. The pool has a size of 4.60 m x 9.20 m and a solar heating. The pool light can change the colour in red, blue, green or always. Tthe house lies 25-30 min. away from the International Airport, Fort Myers. The pool area is protected by a screen. There is an own boat with a boatsdock, which you can rent and it is insured.

Wir waren jetzt insgesamt zum fünften mal im Hause Blue Pearl und waren immer zufrieden gewesen.Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Auch die Inneneinrichtung und der Pool bieten mehr als genügend Platz und laden zum erholen ein.Die Betreuung vor Ort und auch die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern des Hauses sind immer stets einwandfrei . Ein kleiner Tipp : Bootfahren macht gewaltig viel Spass !
Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

Unsere Erwartungen sind im positivem Sinne weit übertroffen worden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Keine Wünsche blieben offen. Haus-Boot-Pool alles bestens.
Betreuung vorher- während- und danach einfach super.

Wir waren jetzt 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönem Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Wetter war auch hervorragend.
Es ist sehr liebevoll und komfortable eingerichtet. Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen, ( wir haben auch schon andere Sachen erlebt ) und ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern.
Auf jeden Fall werden wir wieder kommen. Vielen Dank auch für die problemlose Abwicklung, in Deutschland, sowie in Florida.
Auch die Bootsfahrten waren super.

Hallo,
zum 3. mal waren wir jetzt hier und immer ist alles perfekt. Es ist so wie auf den Bildern. Es ist alles sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir fühlen uns immer wieder sehr wohl . Die Zeit vergeht immer zu schnell, aber wir kommen ja wieder. Zum Einkaufen ist es auch nicht weit. Wir können diese Villa ohne "Wenn und Aber " weiter empfehlen.

Haus mit Boot ein Muss!!!

Wir sind zu sechst gewesen (3 Pärchen im Alter von 30-43). Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir sind froh, dass wir das Boot mit gemietet hatten, denn es gab unserem Aufenthalt eine ganz besondere "Floridorianische" Note und man konnte sich abwechslungsreich durch die wunderschönen Wasserlandschaften bewegen.
Für Teenager sicherlich nicht der richtige Ort, da es nur wenig "Party-Technisches" gibt.
Die Sonnenaufgänge am Pooldeck waren phänomenal schön. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in der Villa Bluepearl unsere kostbarsten Tage des Jahres verbringen.
Etwas hellhörig, aber in Amerika wird halt so gebaut.
Trotzdem, einfach toll!
