Comprised of a main level and a lower level, up to 15 people can comfortably sleep and enjoy each other's company.

On the main level, a spacious open-design kitchen, a dining and living area with covered porch that faces the sound. Additionally, a master bedroom with a private bath and a guest bedroom with bath are also on the main level. On the lower level, a sitting area, a covered porch, 2 bedrooms with Jack-n-Jill bath (shared), another bedroom and full bath, and laundry area.

In addition to the great guest capacity, the house is one block from the beach and one block from the waterway. This location allows for fun in the waves or floating in the waterway - options for everybody! And if you want to explore the city of Wilmington, its is a quick car ride over the bridge for shopping, dining, and historical sites.
