Singer Island House Rental Photos and Description
Bedrooms: 4, Bathrooms: 3, Sleeps: 14
Welcome to Palm Beach and the Singer Island Beach House. This spacious 4+ BR home has a beautiful private pool along with a dock on the canal and just two blocks from the best beach in Palm Beach County. I think you will find this property to be the best offer around.
PLEASE NOTE: From December 20, 2014 to April 25, 2015 we are only considering stays of a minimum of two weeks. Thank you.
The home is furnished in a classical style with a mix of antiques, current and period furniture. The design of the home was inspired by the builder's time spent in France and is a fine example of true Florida indoor/outdoor living. The master bedroom is on the water and has a king size down bed plus a day bed trundle (2 twins), for a total of 4 persons. The second bedroom on the water has a queen and that shares a bathroom with a small bedroom room with another day bed trundle (2 twins) and the back bedroom is large and has a queen and one twin bed and an extra twin mattress (room sleeps 4). There is a pullout couch and that makes beds for 14!
The house is 3+ stars in a 5 star location and is priced well for groups. 3+ stars mean that the bathrooms and kitchen are original and there have not been major upgrades to the house. This is a big casual beach house with some lovely decorative pieces.
Just walk down the street and you are at the beach. Just in front of our street is the Ocean Reef County Park. It's a great beach, very quiet and with a natural setting. Our heated pool is very unique with ceramic fish inlaid under the waterline. We do have the child-fencing for around the pool. Setup and take down is an additional $50.
Singer island is a safe and quiet location. There is very little traffic on the island and is very relaxing. There are many restaurants in the immediate neighborhood and PGA Boulevard is just 12 minutes to the north through a beautiful state park. There are full service restaurants and spas in the hotels within walking distance.
Thank you and we look forward to hosting you.

Just finished our "Women's Weekend" at the "Big Beach House". This house is beautiful! Great location and the neighborhood is quiet and well-kept. The home has a few quirks, being an older family home but once we were settled, we really enjoyed it. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked so we were able to prepare beautiful meals and had a wonderful time enjoying breakfasts on deck next to the pool. The pool, though not heated, was immaculate. Robert was very helpful and checked in to make sure we were happy, even helped with some suggestions about where to eat and visit. We enjoyed the loggerhead turtle rescue place , Joseph's italian market and roarbach's vegetable stand (A MUST if you want vegetables and fruits--FAR superior and cheaper than Publix). The beach is about 1/4 mile away and we walked or drove there daily. Bikeriding was a great way to explore the neighborhoods. We'd recommend this home if you want a quiet, comfortable "homey" atmosphere.
The home was built in 1975 by David Morgan. My Mother, Susan, owns the house but spends much of her time elsewhere. We have had a vacation rental business on Cape Cod for over forty years.
Great for large groups and easy access to the areas amenities. It's a big, casual family beach house where your group can have lots of room and relax.
We are on the water, a block from the beach and in one of the best neighborhoods in all of South Florida.
