FABULOUS UNIT!!! - I didn’t want to leave.

I stayed in this wonderful unit for almost 2 weeks recently and found it to be perfect. This condo felt like home.....It is comfy, open, bright and sparkling clean with new fixtures and furnishings. It has been recently updated and was the best of any other unit I looked at (many are outdated, small, dark and have old furnishings). This unit also includes linens, beach chairs and other accessories, which most rentals do not, so that is nice bonus. Access to the beach is superb and you can walk or see for miles and miles along the beautiful sandy beach. I also enjoyed coffee and sunrises on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning.
Sure there was a glitch or two, stuff happens. But David, the property manager, was nice and super-responsive, tending to things immediately even when one or two things that happened were clearly my own fault. I found him to be friendly, easy-going and, most importantly, completely thorough.
Parking is easy and so convenient. I think the other renter was confused about parking as where the dually is parked is not the spot for this unit anyway and those people live there year round. It was not a problem at all.
If you are considering this unit for a rental, look no further. You will love staying here!!
