It's a house so well situated you will probably not want to leave it. The moon rises over the water, the sun sets in the back. Turn on the landscape lighting, open a great bottle of wine and enjoy.

The house has 2 guest bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs, and upstairs a media room ( convertible sofa ) gym and 1 Master bedroom with jaccuzi
Sheets and bath towels are all 350 thread and 100% Egyptian cotton.
Outdoor shower and a heated chorine free pool with an optional gated baby-fence is available.
A free form carved Teak root bench and fire pit is bordered by a seeded wildflower meadow.
All teak deck furniture and cushions are Kingsley-Bates, a Viking grill and a Green Egg smoker.
Oh, and yes we have 50 inch Plasma flat-screened TV/Blu-Ray but with the show outside you'll probably never look at it.
Only well behaved pets are allowed.
Beaches: Sammy's Beach is 5 minutes away, Main Beach and Georgica Beaches are 15 minutes away.
Food: Round Swamp Market is 3 minutes away. Yum.
