2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom

2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom second floor Unit opposite the Noosa River and only a hop step and a jump from the Noosa Yacht Club.

Main bedroom has a queen bed and a ensuite with shower over bath and a toilet.

Second bedroom has two single beds and is serviced by a step in shower and toilet.

Living area has a lounge are with flat screen television dining table and chairs and kitchen with oven stove top, dishwasher and refrigerator.

Balcony runs full length of the Unit and has 2 lounges an outdoor table and chairs from which you can view the passing river traffic.

Laundry and front loading washing machine. There is a clothes line for the Unit complex.

Under cover carparking for one vehicle.

Overhead fans in all rooms and doors and windows are screened.

Walk to all the local restaurants, shops and liquor stores.
