A picture perfect family beach cottage: 2+ bedroom convertible, one full bath. Easy, safe walk to one of NH’s greatest beaches and coast line – Pirate’s Cove Beach on Wallis Sands. Situated on a private, quiet, family orientated dead-end street, the cottage is surrounded on three sides by giant pines and sand marsh. Sleeps five to six comfortably, more in a pinch with pull-out couch. Cottage includes washer/dryer, large flat screen TV, cable, WIFI, full kitchen, dishwasher, front porch/patio overlooking salt marsh & pines, Bose radio/CD player, outdoor shower. Minutes to historic Portsmouth, full of shops, restaurants and New England charm. Fifteen minutes to shopping outlets of Kittery, Me. and Hampton Beach boardwalk and entertainment. Bikes and beach toys available. Children can easily walk by themselves to beach and beach clam huts, ice cream, convenience stores.

Have been enjoying this beach and the surrounding seacoast area for fifty years. It is a gem of a beach and family community.

What makes this cottage unique

The cottage is uniquely located; an easy walk to the beach, yet located on a quiet, private street. Lots of trees and marshes. Can hear the surf at high tide, and smell the surf and marshes all day and evening. Very convenient to Portsmouth, Hampton and Kittery, ME.
