Sliding glass doors welcome natural light into the bedroom and open to a partially-covered patio with two lounge chairs that is close to some of the tennis courts.
For your entertainment, the living room has a 42' flat screen TV and CD player. For your comfort there is a full-size sofa sleeper, 2 side chairs and a gas fireplace. For your convenience, the living room has a powder room, inside of which, is a full size washer and dryer. There is also a door to the two-car garage from the living room.
