Apartment, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 6)

Brightly lit spacious 1100 square foot first floor of 2 family house with 2 bedroom and hardwood floors. Everything Manchester has to offer can be found by foot or bike from the front door. Full bath and fully applianced kitchen. Linens provided. Ten minutes from the beach and short walk to train and town. Lovely back deck made of trex non splintering decking. Deck has inlaid hot tub for 6, bench swing, table and chairs and a gas grill. Near tennis, golf, basketball, soccer field and parks and playgrounds and boat launch. There is parking for one car off street. Two beach pins available to allow free walk on access. Collection of menus of near by restaurants in town and in local area who offer delivery as well as things to do and see in and around our area. Our goal is for your stay to be as comfortable and stress free as possible. We do except credit cards through paypal. Payment is expected 50% down and remainder paid in full prior to arrival.

** For those with children attending Landmark we are a 7 min drive from the school.

1/2 of payment for stay is required to hold reservation remainder is due upon arrival.
Fees And Taxes taxes included cleaning fee of $100 held till day of departure
The rental is expected to be left in the same condition as when you arrive except for dirty linens which will be placed in proper laundry bags or baskets. The dishes will be washed and dish washer emptied. The floors will be broom swept and linens stripped from bed and bath towels in laundry basket. Trash will be bagged ready for removal.

* Approximate monthly rate. Actual rate will depend on the days of the month you stay.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Fantastic Place to Stay!

Clean, convenient and very accessible. We were really pleased with the rental and especially the location. Bo was very accomodating (even had dinner waiting on arrival) ... we would highly reccomend this rental to anyone looking to stay in Manchester for a very reasonable rental fee. It should be noted that we were able to bring our dog which was a huge plus too. Thanks for a great time!!
