Perfect Get-A-Way in the Beautiful, Peaceful Pines!

Nestled in the tall, whispering pines of Prescott, you are secluded but not far from Historic Downtown Prescott that is only 10 minutes away! Only 3 miles to Goldwater Lake with fishing and boating and step out the door of the lodge to the National Forest with adventures in hiking, sight seeing, jeeping or quads. Plenty of room to park your trailers for quading or camping; bring it all!

We have a ping pong table, lots of board games, horse swing and tree house for the kids.
About Sheri Williams

I was born and raised here in Prescott and LOVE IT! Whenever I think of vacationing or getting away, I think of coming here to the peaceful, beautiful pines. I still live here with all my kids, grandkids and extended family and love to have people come here for a wonderful, memory making experience!

I purchased this home with the purpose to share it with my family, friends and everyone that needs a little beauty, inspiration, rest and relaxation or just a get away or retreat or special occasion or any occasion! It is just fun!!!

What makes this lodge unique

My husband and I were in the real estate business and saw multitudes of homes, but of all the homes that we have seen, he always told me...'If that home ever comes for sale, we are buying it'! And we did!!! This home is not one of those fancy, uptown showcase, model homes, BUT it IS a beautiful, comfy, cozy style lodge in a great location that soothes the soul and begs you to stay!

We are located by many camps such as Friendly Pines, Pine Summitt, Whispering Pines, the YMCA camp, Prescott Pines, Camp Wamotochick, Camp Maripai and Prescott's Horse Camp. Send the kids to camp and you can be near them, but not too close, :) and be in complete comfort!

Across the street from the Senator's Lodge is the Historic School House for Groom Creek that is a great place for weddings, parties, picnics or any occasion. If you are planning on renting the School House for an event, our place, The Senator's Lodge, is perfect for your headquarters!

You can also rent Senator's Lodge for events and day use!

Very comfortable and well maintained house among the tall Ponderosa pines. Close to the wilderness areas for mountain road touring yet easy to get into town for shopping, museums and entertainment. This place has plenty of room to park your trailer if your hauling up you're off road equipment. There are extras for the kids like a tree fort, ping pong table and lots of table games. I stayed a week and was able to enjoy it all.
