You have found the idyllic Cape summer vacation rental for your family! This charming Cape colonial is available for weekly rental (Saturday to Saturday) in July and August 2012. Four bedrooms and queen sleeper accommodate 11 people (12 people maximum). Located in the quaint Miramar neighborhood in Dennisport on a private road--just a 2 minute walk to a private beach. Back yard deck is perfect for BBQing. Don't feel like cooking but want the authentic Cape Lobster experience? Walk to Swan River fresh seafood market 1/4 mile from the house and pick up your cooked lobsters! For a break from the beach, rent a canoe, kayak or paddle boat on Swan River a few minutes away. No need to worry about a rainy day--the living room/game room has a pool table, foosball table and lots of board games and books to choose from.
