I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

This was our 7th stay at the Legacy Villas, 3rd time in this unit. The location is great for this event. Getting in and out is easy because you can go to a backstreet and avoid the beach road if desirable. All units have a lockable garage, very nice for the old cars. Furnishings are average and vary from unit to unit. All units could use carpet upgrading, the berber is getting a little long in the tooth and is showing a lot of wear. There were only a couple of maintainence items needing attention, which I will mention to Gulf Coast. Lighting needs upgrading to brighter bulbs esp over the lavs.
We will be reserving this unit again next year, it's more expensive than a motel but priced very well compared to other condos. The security is very good with guards on duty and very visible during high traffic times in the evenings when a lot of people are on the streets. All things considered, a 4.5 out of 5 is a fair rating in my opinion.
