Large community pool can be enjoyed when not at the beach. Private beach walkway is only 35 walking steps away. Walk to area shops and restaurants or take advantage of the nearby bike paths to visit the community of Seaside.
First Floor: Tile floors cover this floor. Bunk bedroom has 2 bunks (3 twins and a double) and a door to the adjacent hall bath. Hall bath with vanity sink and tub/shower. The ground floor recreation room is the perfect area for the kids to call their own! This secondary kitchen has frig, electric range, microwave and sink plus a bar with 2 barstools. This secondary living room has a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table, 2 side tables, 2 lamps, armoire with LCD TV, VCR/DVD and café table with 4 chairs. Gas BBQ grill and 2 padded lounge chairs on the patio. The pool is just steps away.
Second Floor: Hardwood floors cover the remainder of the home. A large combined living room, dining room and kitchen offers a wonderful area to gather. The kitchen has granite countertops, brand new white appliances (glass top range, side by side frig with icemaker, dishwasher and microwave). Breakfast bar has 3 chairs. Dining table has 8 chairs and a sideboard loaded with plenty of lovely table linens. Living room has sofa, love seat, side chair with ottoman, coffee table, 4 side tables, 3 lamps, and an armoire with large LCD TV. The second floor porch off the living area overlooks the pool and allows fantastic gulf views. This porch features table with 4 chairs for outdoor dining. Steps off this porch go down to the pool area. King bedroom has bureau, bedside table, lamp, side chair and door to adjoining bath. Hall bath has vanity sink and tub/shower. Laundry room with washer / dryer.
Third Floor: Grand master suite has king bed, bureau with mirror, LCD TV, stereo, armoire, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, 2 side chairs, private bath with double vanity sink, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. French doors open off this bedroom to a private gulf view porch outfitted with 2 loungers. Additional king bedroom has bedside table, lamp, dresser, side chair and private bath with tub/shower. Queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, side chair, dresser and private bath with tub/shower.
Outside: Parking for about 3 cars in shared driveway/parking pad. Large 15 x 30 community pool surrounded by loungers and tables and chairs. Private community walkway to beach which is only 35 walking steps away.
