First off I would liike to say that the people Gulf Coast Resort Rentals are by far the most friendly and helpful I have ever dealt with! The property was more than adequate for the money. the view was phenomenal, rooms were clean and I just cannot say enough good things about our experince with GCRR.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.

The location was excellent,,,the condo was clean however carpeting need to be replaced, the living room furniture also should be replaced...pots and pans, light bulbs, coffe pot were all in bad shape but rental company replaced them immediately upon our call. Bath towers were in poor conditon as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Gulf Coast Resort Rentals.
