Abounding Grace is a beautiful brand new home with 4 bedrooms/4.5 baths - sleeps up to 12 people. It is located in Old Seagrove Beach on oak-canopied road, immediately adjacent to Seaside. Enjoy the lovely, oak-shaded two block walk to public beach access (350 walking steps). Relax by your private heated pool (fees apply for pool heating). Stroll the quiet neighborhood dirt roads. Walk to our white sand beaches on the emerald green Gulf of Mexico, the Seagrove Village Market or Seaside. This home is equipped with wireless internet.
First Level: Twelve foot ceilings add a feeling of spaciousness. Gracious front porch invites you into the large common living room/dining room/kitchen. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, sofa, 2 plush side chairs, 2 end tables, 3 lamps and card table with 2 chairs. Wall mounted 50” LCD TV, DVD, Stereo with CD/Ipod dock and shelves of books serve as entertainment. Large dining table will seat 8 people. Long breakfast bar has 5 tall captain’s chairs for additional seating. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances including frig with icemaker, 5-burner gas range with griddle insert, mini beverage frig, dishwasher and microwave. Other kitchen assets include a separate prep sink and large pantry for grocery storage. Convenient powder room has a door leading to a private enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower. Front loading washer/dryer. Desk area has the wireless internet and phone with free long distance. The King master bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser with lamp, LCD TV and a large closet. Private master bath has double granite vanity sinks, walk-in shower and a jetted tub. Large 12 x 30 screened porch stretches across the back of the house overlooking the pool. This porch is equipped with ceiling fans, 2 tables and 4 chairs.
Second Level: Second floor also has 12 foot ceilings. Second king master bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser with mirror, TV and closet. Private master bath has granite vanity sink and a tub/shower. Hall bath has 2 sinks and a tub/shower. Third king master bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 3 lamps, armoire, TV and closet. Private master bath has granite vanity sink and a tub/shower. The bunk bedroom has two built-in bunks – one with 2 twins and the other with double down and twin up, TV, and a large closet. Den has a queen sleeper sofa, large LCD TV, Blue Ray DVD, lounger side chair, side table with lamp, little stereo and an adjacent porch. Hall bath has vanity sink and a tub/shower. Morning kitchen has mini frig and microwave. Second floor porch overlooks the street and has 2 rockers and a side table.
Outside: Private heated 12 x 24 sunny pool surrounded by brick pavers is located in a very private fenced back yard. The pool area is outfitted with loungers, multiple tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Gas grill. Parking for 4 cars in paved driveway.
