The only rental home in the area that offers an unobstructed view of the Gulf with a private pool and beach in the backyard. Two stories, sleeps 10+, 3 bedrooms / 3 full baths, 2 fire places, 3 large screen TV’s , Jacuzzi tub with large TV in 1st floor bath, large marble showers.This home incldes a private outdoor hot tub & sunbathing area, a bbq grill, open outdoor fire pit, seawall (with steps to the gulf), a shuffleboard court, an outdoor ping pong table, indoor foosball table, 2 beautiful outdoor seating areas, a garage and a boating dock. Also, fully furnished, with eat in kitchen, washer and dryer, cable TV, Internet (High Speed Wireless; wifi), telephone (unlimited local, U.S., Canada), and more. Sit back; relax while watching the dolphins swim and play. This vacation getaway is a great place for golfing, fishing (best TARPON fishing in the World), inshore fishing, flats fishing, deep sea fishing, boating, swimming, sun bathing, and any other water sports. Located only 5 minutes away is Rogers Park where you can swim and scuba dive with the manatees in the crystal clear waters of Weeki Wachee Springs/River. You can also scuba dive and observe 10 military tanks submerged off shore a few miles behind this water front rental home.

THIS HOME RENTS FRIDAY TO FRIDAY!!!

REGULAR RATES:

$1,200 weekly (regular week); $1,400 holiday week; $4500 per month for 3 months; $4,300 per month for 4-11 months; $4,000 per month for a year.

ADDITIONAL FEES REQUIRED:

-Cleaning fee of $150 (1-4 people) $225 (5-9) $295 & up (9+ people or 2 weeks or more.)

-Refundable$1,000 Security/ Damages deposit.

-Pet fee of $100 non- refundable

COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS:

- 1 roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, dish soap, dish towels, dish sponges, a garbage bag and a bottle of cleaner. Any additional items will need to be purchased along with your groceries

John was born in Buffalo, NY and raised in Clearwater Beach, FL. He is the owner/operator of JAM Properties, Senior managing partner at McGuire Law Offices and President of Molly Maguires Foundation. Located directly on the Gulf, this home offers amazing views of the sunsets and the dolphins right from the back yard! Great fishing spots and nice for a ride in the canoe. The backyard is great for fishing or relaxing while reading a book or just enjoying the view.
