House, 5 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 5.5 Baths, (Sleeps 12-14)

This amazing beachfront home is perfect for your next vacation. Tastefully decorated, it features a dramatic beachfront pool area with an expansive deck, spa, spacious summer kitchen and all of it in perfect view from two levels of covered decks. Three master suites, with two kings and one queen, plus one with a garden tub all located on the first level. A separate den and wet bar make it easy to congregate and enjoy morning coffee from this level, as well. On the second level, a nicely appointed living/dining/kitchen area offers abundant space and plentiful windows to watch the waves roll in. Upscale amenities include granite counters and travertine tile throughout all living areas. A king master suite with garden tub is also located on the second level. A children's bunk room with a sitting area is located on the third level. Sorry, this level cannot be accessed by the elevator. Multiple flat screen TVs and DVD players.

Why The Owner chose St George Island

My family has been vacationing at St. George Island for over ten years. When we decided to purchase a beach home, we chose St George Island over other Florida locations for many reasons including: 1) Beautiful, wide, white, sandy beaches 2) NO high rise hotels on the island, therefore, crowded beaches are never a problem 3) Excellent family environment 4) Incredible wildlife including multiple daily dolphin sightings, rays, sea turtles and occaisional manatee sightings 4) The lack of highly commercialized businesses on the island (unlike other popular FL destinations) make this island far more enjoyable. You have all that you need, and none of what you do not want, i.e., traffic, typical spring break scenes, many touristy businesses. The island has managed to keep it's small town charm and the nearby town of Apalachicola has great restaurants and nice shops. St. George Island is the perfect vacation destination.

Great beaches, family oriented, best pool on the island, pool faces the beach, no high rise condos, build fires on the beach at night and roast marshmellows, see the beautiful stars at night, watch the dolphins,
