Footprints is a new state of the art luxury 4 bedroom villa, finished to the highest western standards. This extremely spacious villa is situated on one of Sri Lanka’s most famous beaches in Thalpe just ten minutes drive from Galle fort in the south of the island. Footprint is a luxurious property designed in a contemporary style allowing visitors to enjoy tropical living at its best.

Spacious and stylish villa

The ground floor consists of a huge open plan living and dining room space comfortably furnished to an impeccable standard. It has a European open plan kitchen complete with dish washer, fridge, freezer and cooking range. On this floor you will also find a TV and games room as well as a guest bathroom. This wall to wall glass fronted room leads to the swimming pool, outdoor dining terrace and garden. Take a few short steps and you will find yourself on a beautiful sandy lagoon like beach.

First floor take the teak staircase up to this self-contained private area. Footprints has 4 well appointed bedrooms – 3 doubles and 1 twin bedded room. The master suite has a private sea facing balcony, tea cup bath and a massive walk in rain shower complete with glass roof. All the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and ACS. This floor also has a unique Moroccan lounge and study area – a place where you can chill out and watch the turtles play in the surf from the picture windows. Also on this floor you will find a fully equipped laundry room and terrace.

Upper level and sun terrace

Watch the sunset that Sri Lanka is famous for or take in exceptional views of the Indian ocean. Footprints offers 7800 square feet of luxury living and is unrivaled anywhere in the area.
