This home has an open floorplan, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one bathroom with claw foot tub, sunroom, Dishwasher, gas oven and range, microwave, coffee maker, WiFi, TV, back yard with grill. Guests staying one week or more will have access to the Washer and Dryer.
I'm a Colorado girl at heart, who moved out of state for love. In 2000, I purchased this home, and remodeled it bit by bit into the gorgeous little ranch you see today.
This little gem offers all who enter a sense of calm and enjoyment, while being 'in the mix' of old town.

If you can't decide if you want to be in Boulder or Denver, or you need a place in the middle to hang out with your friends, while retaining access to both, choose Louisville. An absolutely wonderful house next to a great park in charming, quaint old town Louisville: very good restaurants, great facilities (parks, open spaces, library, recreation center, senior center), just 20 minutes to Boulder and 35 minutes to downtown Denver. We will be back!

What a perfect home for our family to stay in while visiting Lousiville. The location was unbeatable with an easy walk to town and about 20 feet from the best park. The home was beautifully decorated and very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities needed for our week long stay. Deirdre was very flexible and very accomodating. We highly reccomend this home.
Outstanding! Location! Location! Location! Walk into lovely town and nearby beautiful park. Charming home met all of our expectations! Kids and "grands" live only 20 minutes away, so this location is perfect for our family. Being close to Boulder is a definite plus also. The Rex St. Charmer is the perfect place to stay in Louisville. Deirdre is so accommodating, helpful and welcoming - and has set up a beautiful home away from home. The location of the house is perfect, and the house is kept up perfectly. The ample backyard and outdoor seating areas were perfect for the great summer weather. The house is right off a park, so the location is peaceful too. Just a few blocks from downtown. This is a great place to relax, feel comfortable and to have as a home base on the Front Range!!!
I travel to beautiful Louisville, Colorado twice a month for business. I usually stay at a local hotel but when given the opportunity to stay at this glorious domicile, I jumped at the chance. A very cheery and tastefully appointed home with a large, modern kitchen with breakfast bar complete with a Keurig, single serving coffee Machine of Doom. I mention this first because I take food and coffee very seriously:-) It totally felt like home staying here; from the groovy back yard and screened in porch to the bright and spacious bedrooms and living room. The hardwood floors, old school vibe with modern functionality and pristine maintenance of the home all add to a very welcoming experience. My stay was quiet and restful and being walking distance from downtown Louisville with it's great restaurants and shops was fantastic. The proximity of the home to a park and trails made my morning perambulations easy and enjoyable. The internet was fast, the treat basket was great and everything I needed for a pleasant stay was provided. I would stay here again in a minute.
My husband and I booked the "Louisville Charmer" for mid-May graduation weekend. Hotels were charging twice their typical rate, so on a whim, I searched for a vacation rental in Louisville and the "Charmer" came up. Just as it is pictured and described, the Charmer is indeed the perfect getaway. The minute we walked in, we felt at home.
The house is located in historic Old Town Louisville at the end of Main Street, near the newly developed community park. It's surprisingly peaceful considering it is in the heart of Old Town. Joggers, bicyclists, young families, and dog walkers make their way around the neighborhood. It's just a 5 block walk to downtown restaurants, coffee shops and gift shops.
The house is full of character. It has hardwood floors and personal touches throughout, lots of natural light, comfortable beds, large closets and a well stocked kitchen with newer small appliances and place settings for up to 8 people. A welcome basket was filled with trail mix, Goldfish crackers, coffee, tea, and shampoo, which came in very handy! Bath and kitchen towels and bed linens are provided, as well as a hair dryer and cleaning supplies. The bathroom features a clawfoot tub with showerhead. There's a gas grill and patio furniture in the backyard. Perennial spring flowers were in bloom along the white picket fence, adding to the charm of the house.
We were so excited about "our house" we invited four family members to a barbeque the first night we arrived. Everyone loved it! We ate dinner in the enclosed sun porch, which has a dining room table with seating for six. At night we plugged our iPod into the docking station in the living room and listened to Billie Holiday as we enjoyed a glass of wine.
The owner was very helpful in answering questions I had about the house and neighborhood. She made sure our stay was enjoyable. We hope to visit the Louisville Charmer again soon!
