Rare Family Vacation House in Hermosa Valley close to everything but with quiet location and huge yard. 4 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins which can convert to king, and a bonus room with a fold out couch. 1800 square feet with and addition 900 square foot deck with BBQ, Hot Tub, outdoor couches and TV. House is short walk to beach (21st in Hermosa, Martha's Restaurant) and Downtown. 4 Beachcruiser bikes are included with the rental, as are beach chairs, and a crib and children toys if desired. In addition to beach and town, 2 blocks away is the best park in Hermosa with tot-lot, soccer field, and basketball court. Don't miss this rare opportunity for a great summer vacation.
