House for up to 6 people in the most charming coastal resort gaucho

Two-story house with 230 square meters, with 2 suites upstairs, both with split for summer and winter. Master suite with queen size beds and beds, closet and whirlpool. Junior suite with standard double bed and single bed and closet. On the ground floor consists of large number of 2 living rooms and fireplace with 50 inch LCD TV and home theater, dining room, kitchen and toilet. The whole house with solar water heating. Part annexed over 200 square meters of built area, consisting of barbecue, wood oven and stove miner, and 3 more bathrooms and living rooms. Pool area consists of deck, 2 bathrooms and beautiful rose garden. The land where the house is located has about 2200 square meters, where you can enjoy a large garden with fountains, gravel path and several places to relax. Indoor parking uncovered.

Notes: Children permitted from 10 years. Smoking only in areas outside specific. Allowed small dogs, since they are in the room with the guest. Air conditioning (split) only in the rooms. Towels and bed linen changed every 3 days. Solar-heated pool. Barbecue area with kitchen helper, most wood-burning oven and stove miner, and a table for 16 seats. The pool water is gently heated, but the pool is not covered, so bathing in cold weather is not inviting.
