3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Holiday Home With Stunning Ocean & Mountain Views

Seaspray Beach Villa is a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom 2 bathroom holiday home on the sunny north eastern coast of Rarotonga.

This beautiful home has all the attributes of a 'Pacific' design with high ceilings, exposed rafters, roof vents and ceiling fans providing cool and airy living spaces.

The designer Italian kitchen and open dining room allow a choice of relaxed or more formal dining.

Choose your view as you enjoy a tropical breakfast seated at the kitchen island, between the backdrop of Rarotonga's spectacular mountains or the ocean

A sumptuously furnished lounge provides a cosy retreat from the main living area for reading, writing, watching TV/DVD's, listening to music or just watching the ever-changing moods of the sea.

Two large bifold doors open from the dining area onto the expansive deck for alfresco dining, sunbathing, sunset cocktails or access to the beach. The deck can also be accessed via large sliding doors from both the master bedroom and lounge.

With the easiest access to the reef on the island you can explore the marine life at your leisure when the tide is low. The main town of Avarua, with shops & market is just 6 minutes drive and it is 10mins drive to the Sailing Club and popular Muri Beach in the opposite direction. The bus will stop roadside.

Why Dorothea chose Cook Islands

Built 2007, the house is designed to offer plenty of ventilation, provide sea and mountain views from inside the house. There are insect screens on all windows and doors except the bifolds. The property manager is only a short distance away and available to contact if needed. The house is well maintained to provide a relaxing and memorable stay for all who visit.

What makes this villa unique

Away from populated tourist beaches, you can enjoy privacy on your own beach, where it is more unusual to share the beach with someone else than not. Due to the close proximity to the reef, coral boulders are common, however it offers easiest access to the reef for you to explore ...so bring your sandshoes.

Being so close to the reef means that if you spot a whale going by you are likely to be as close as is possible on the island to view a passing whale. Mid-tide is fine for a refreshing dip in the lagoon.

Seaspray Beach Villa is located on the north eastern coast of the island of Rarotonga. Ideally located for privacy and convenience.

Only 6 mins drive to town for shopping and popular restaurants and bars and 10 mins to Rarotonga Sailing Club where you can enjoy water sports and see spectacular island night shows at Te Vara Nui cultural village. Brochures for lagoon cruises, diving, game fishing, scenic flights, 4 wheel drive adventure adventure treks and cross island walks and many other activities, are available at the house. However, there is plenty to enjoy 'at your doorstep'. Explore the reef at low tide, collect shells on the beach, try rod fishing in the lagoon.

In the evening lounge on the deck and observe the sunset while enjoying a cool refreshing beverage.

To secure a booking we ask for a two night deposit with the balance payable one month before your arrival.

Fees And Taxes Price is the minimum rate for up to 3 people. Extra adult add $30 per night extra child $20 per night.
Overseas booking fee: For bookings made outside New Zealand a NZ$50 booking fee applies to cover currency conversion and bank fees charged.
Cancellations must be received in writing (letter, email or fax).
Cancellations made 45 days or more before the intended stay will incur an administration fee of $50.
Cancellations made between 30 to 45 days before the intended stay will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of commencement of the booking will be liable for payment of full accommodation cost unless resold.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (NZD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
