A little about the house: newly and fully rennovated with beautiful hardwoods throughout the first level. Large open living with vaulted ceiling with a huge stone fireplace. From the living room your view is past a private pool and hot tub on to a well maintained golf course. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and plenty of natural light.
Master Bed is downstairs and features a king size crate and barrel platform bed with large private master bathroom. The master bathroom is equipped with double vanities, an open shower with separate jacuzzi bath tub. All newly renovated.
The downstairs guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a beautiful window for plenty of sunlight. This room also features a private bathroom and a crib and changing table for infants. Recently rennovated as well.
Upstairs is a very large game room with 1/2 bath that can hold up to 1 queen sized high quality air mattress (supplied) and 3 twin sized air mattresses (supplied). The game room has a large balcony that boasts a killer view. In the distance to the west you can even see the Frost Tower (downtown) and the University of Texas football stadium and UT tower.
We also have a nice sized laundry room that you are welcome to use along with an ironing board and iron.
The back yard is ridiculous. A large open lawn area that is fully gated with locking gated entry. We have a large in-ground pool with a hot tub for guest use. The view from the back yard is the 4th green and 5th tee box of the Riverside Golf Course. Peaceful & charming with a large porch to enjoy.
There is plenty of parking in the large open driveway and a covered car port.
Our neighborhood is tucked just off of Riverside and is wonderfully hidden and peaceful. Just 7 houses on our street this area is truly a hidden gem. There are bus stops just off of our street on Riverside that gives you easy access to downtown or the airport. However, if you are coming during SXSW expect public transit to be delayed.
This is truly a unique home in a great location, incredibly peaceful and wonderfully appointed.
