BREATHTAKING BEACHFRONT VILLA AT PALMAS DEL MAR

We a confident we were in the best location. We walked the community every morning and did not see anything we preferred to Crescent Cove and Christina's condo is very nice. It suited our needs perfectly. Views are awesome, and the low densidy complex is right on the beach. Beach lounge chairs are provided and no umbrella necessary, the palm trees provide shade if you want to move out of the sun. Never a crowd on the beach, very private. The grounds are well kept and complex is well maintained. They are repainting the exteriors and they look great. Pool is very nice too. To the east along the beach is a beautiful walk to an unoccupied palm lined coast that feels like a deserted island, really cool. To the west along the beach maybe a half mile or so is the marina. The hotel adjacent to the complex has a casino, restaurants, etc. The golf course winds throughout Palmas Del Mar and is beautiful. Check it out on Google Earth. On the beach adjacent to Crescent Cove is a Tiki Bar with a great deck that serves good food and drinks. Never crowded and a tame environment, close enough to be convenient but far enough not to compromise privacy. We would walk down and have lunch with our kids every day and go back later in the day for a perfect venue for a beverage on the deck. Palmas Del Mar is about an easy hour drive from San Juan, about 45 minutes from the rain forest (really cool) bio-luminescent bay, zip- line and other attractions. We would beach it one day and do these other things on alternating days. Great plan. Humacao (adjacent town) has a Wal-mart and other businesses if you need anything. We will be booking this unit next spring break from Christina. Beats the Florida panhandle for spring break no question. Sunny every day, 84 degress for the high, 77 degrees at night. You can actually enjoy your beach vacation with nice weather and no crowds. Hope this helps anyone looking for a vacation in Puerto Rico.
