The deposit of the Villa will be $ 600,00 up to 8 persons and $ 800,00 for more than 8 persons. Payment will be done by banktransfer.
Fees And Taxes Renting price is excluding 7% tourist tax . Final cleaning $ 300 up to 8 persons more than 8 persons $10 per person extra.
Renting price is based on the FIRST BEDROOM, every extra bedroom will be $ 35.00
The rental rate mentioned is for 1 bedroom only, every extra bedroom will be $ 35,00 extra.
