Enjoy,live and relax at villa "la belle vie".This peaceful home is located in a quiet,friendly and safe area.This is a fully stocked 3 bedrooms,2 full baths with raised celling.stainless appliance,counter granit and washer/dryer.

The master bedroom has brand new king size mattress,full bath and a huge walk in closet.The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a full bath also. This villa is brand new.,no neighbor on the back yard. There is a path walk that goes directly to the pool in front of our villa,a 3 min walk.it s an oversize pool with water slide for kid.we have free wi-fi and cable tv .

my wife and i live in quebec.we speak english,french and little bit spanish.my wife is a massotherapiste and i am a fireman.we love to travel in different country.but now it s time to think for the future so that is why we bought this villa.we hate our winter.it s very cold up here,specialy for fireman

Great Experience -- a home-away-from-home for a local resident

Our situation is a little different in that we didn't rent this villa for a vacation - we actually live less than 2 miles from this property. Due to a burst water line that flooded and rendered our home unuseable we were forced to look for temporary living quarters. Upon finding this property and speaking directly with the owner, we were thrilled with his willingness to make the home available to us on short notice (he and his wife actually altered their planned visit to their villa to accomodate us!). The place is in new condition and so well equipped that all we had to bring was our own clothes. This beautiful villa comfortablly accomodated my wife and I, our daughter, and my wife's mother. The grounds and amenities (giant pool, exercise room, many game and movie options, and a multitude of weekly activities) are first class. We would highly reccomend this place and its kind and helpful owners to anyone. It was a life-saver for us and actually made us feel like we were on vacation!

The weather was remarkable. The villa is cozy, comfortable and quite. While the pool and club house were very enjoyable we also had a great time meeting the friendly neighbors. We loved the beachs especially Barefoot Beach on Benita Springs. The restaurants in the area were great, many and close. The best hambuger we ever had was at Raggad Ass Sloon on Pine Island and you just can't beat the steaks at Bubbas on Pine Island Road. My wife and I are seafood junkies and were very impressed with the fresh selection from Publix Market and area Fish Markets like... King Crab, Stone Crab, Shrimp, Blue Crab, Softshell Crab, etc. Your villa at Sandoval was just great and we plan to be there again next year. This time I will bring my golf clubs. Oh yea, the owners are great people too!!

Lovely place

My husband and I spent 2 weeks at this lovely villa. It is on very quiet and restful street. The villa has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. The Sandoval Club has a beautiful pool and lots of activities if you enjoy exercise or you can just stretch out on a lounge and soak up the sun. The owners were very helpful and I would highly recommend this villa.

We spent six weeks in this beautiful house and had a great time. It is in a great location in the Sandoval community; it is easy walking distance to the lagoon pool. The house is in excellent condition (new) and equipped with all the items you need for a relaxing stay. Two golf courses are a short driving distance away; Royal Tee is next door. Enjoy.
