Photos and Description of the Jaco vacation condo rental
3 Bedroom, 3 Full bath, 1 Half bath

Just completed 2010 brand new 3 BR/3.5 BA oceanfront condo with full panoramic ocean views. It has 3 separate balconies, one off each bedroom. The wraparound main balcony is directly facing the sunset and the ocean. You could literally hit a golf ball into the ocean from the balcony.

The furnishing are all very high-end with white leather couches, granite countertops, top of the line appliances, all facing the ocean in an all glass living room. The walls making up the entire corner of the living room/dining room are glass with 4 huge glass sliding doors that open to the ocean.

Pool is right outside of the condo, balcony is above it, waterfall, etc and you walk from it directly on to the beach, under the palm tree grove.

In the evenings always with a sunset, we have dinner outside, watching surfers with a glass of wine on the balcony. We love it down there. You will too.

Convinent and Safe: The property is right on the beach...overlooking the ocean and only one block from the main street in central Jaco...so all of the resturants, shops, and activites are right in walking distance.

The onsite management is there everyday and the security guards are there 24/7.

The management can help arrange any number of activites in the area with ease.

About Terrell Joseph

My wife and I live in Vail, CO and have two small children. We both work at the hospital there and love to take the kids to Costa Rica to get away from the snowy mountains. The unit is very easy with little people as the pool and beach are right there. You can walk to all the restaurants, shopping, activities, etc.

Why Terrell Joseph chose Jaco

We have been to Costa Rica 8-10 times and it is a safe, kind country. The population is educated and we find the country interesting and fun. Very little crime, especially against visiting Americans, as we indirectly protect them; they have no military and we have many Marine bases there. The country looks like Hawaii without all the "rules" of the US and is much less expensive and FAR more interesting. It is by no means third world anymore.

We stayed in Terrell's place during February and it was one of the most beautiful places along Jaco Beach you could get. The apartment is large, spacious, well appointed, and it comfortably accommodated 5 adults in our party. The balconies had sweeping views of the ocean, coast line of Jaco Beach, the town and the mountains. The location is right in the middle of everything and pretty much anything you would need is within a couple minutes by foot. There are several really good restaurants and we never had a bad meal anywhere. The management company at the property was friendly and efficient, and it booked tours for us including zip-lining, horseback riding and a private tour to some of the expat residential communities to the south. I found Terrell to be helpful and responsive in the rental process, and we all hope to return to his place very soon! I highly recommend this vacation property if you plan on visiting Jaco Beach.

Amazing Trip

My daughter and I, along with a few friends, just returned from a five day vacation to Jaco. We booked this condo through VRBO and hoped that it would be half as nice as the pictures portrayed. We were thrilled to see that it was exactly as represented….spacious and beautifully decorated, GREAT ocean views from almost every room in the condo, and the perfect location. Each morning the kids would wake up, grab their surfboard and jump in the ocean while we sat on the balcony watching them surf while drinking a cup of coffee. Evenings were more of the same except we traded the coffee for a cocktail. Restaurants and shops were right at our fingertips. The owner, Terrell, was an absolute pleasure to deal with during the rental process and the property manager was friendly and available to make any necessary arrangements we needed (transportation to/from airport and a day trip to the Tortugas). I am not exaggerating when I say it could not have been any more enjoyable. I am already planning my next trip back and would never consider staying anywhere else.

What an incredible spot! Owner was so easy to work with, providing prompt, helpful information. The place exceeded our high expectations, set by nice photos! Condo was pristine, spacious with spectacular views from multiple balconies. The location is wonderful; high up for privacy, while offering the great views, ocean sounds and people watching. Just a block from lots of cute shops and great restaurants! The locals are very nice and helpful; great food, service and activities! The property management company is great; arranged everything for us. The food was delicious- not a single disappointing meal. So many cool activities- we took surfing lessons, went zip-lining and white water rafting. We saw lots of exotic wildlife; even hand-fed wild, white-faced monkeys on a tour.
This place just became our family favorite! What a perfect loaction to ring in the new year- fireworks and music all around.
We will definitely be going back, as soon as possible!

This condo was located in a great spot and the 7th floor provides great views of the entire city.
The pictures are accurate and Terrell (the owner) makes the renting process smooth and easy.
I plan on returning to Jaco in the near future and plan on re-renting this condo.

My family of 4 (2 teens) stayed at this lovely property for nine days. The owners were accessible and extremely helpful prior to our visit.We hope we can meet them someday. We thoroughly enjoyed the local attractions, and also used the property as a base for further exploration of the country. The condo was immaculate on our arrival. The views spectacular and the sea breezes invigorating. All of the on site personnel were friendly, courteous, and very helpful with all of our requests. We all wish to return to Costa Rica sometime in the future and we hope we can once again rent this beautiful property.
