Summer 2013 Discounted Rates. Please ask! This ground floor, bright, charming one bedroom, two bath condominium has beautiful Ocean and Golf views. The master suite has a king bed, ocean view, ceiling fan, 42” Flat Screen TV and A/C.

A ground floor one bedroom, two bathroom, condominium with many amenities, views and relaxing atmosphere.

The living area is comfortably furnished with 55" flat screen TV, DVD, iPod dock, wireless internet, and dining area.

The spacious lanai has stunning views of the ocean and golf course perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or sunset gazing.

The kitchen is modern has an ocean view also with all the conveniences of home.

The master suite has a king bed, ocean view, ceiling fan, 42” flat screen TV, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

The property is located centrally in Wailea near the Shops at Wailea. Close to beautiful pristine beaches, famous restaurants, golf, tennis, and shopping. You will love staying here!

Overall, a very good accommodation. Here is what would make it better:
1) precise directions from airport (we got confused about the address being "10" but our building was 3.
2) have a few basics in the condo: coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar
3) the dining room chairs don't work with the carpet (they are meant for a stone or hardwood surface)

The unit is well appointed and the bed is comfortable. The bathrooms are just ok. The unit is dated. The wall-to-wall carpet seems out of place in Hawaii. Excellent insulation. We never heard the neighbors.

Place had a beautiful view of the sunset. Was pretty clean. Had enough space for 2 people. Hot water was an issue when showering as there was never very much. Liked the wild cats that lived on property so we feed them daily. Neat to watch the golfers as this property is on a golf course. Very quiet location. Kitchen needs some items such as dish towels/ Saran Wrap etc. otherwise the place is nice and yes we would stay there again.

Unit needs renovating!!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Our stay was just "ok" at Ekolu #303, I really think it needs drastic renovating. I felt mislead from the pictures I saw, it appeared to be updated?!? The unit had a musty, moldy smell, which I had to purchase a candle to mask it. We had an ant issue in our ensuite bathroom (all over the counters)! The kitchen was NOT equipped very well, we had to purchase items to leave behind for the unit. The price was too high for the quality of the unit we got. We had over 30 people staying in Wailea area with us and we had a chance to see all their units in different complexes. Based on everyone's prices and accomodations, we had the worst price and unit, not too happy!! I left a note in the registry book for the owners and I hope they either finish renovating or lower their price.
