Alexander Butterfly Home

Built in 1957, this Alexander designed 'Butterfly' home is located in the highly desirable Twin Palms area of Palm Springs. Having undergone an extensive renovation, this property recalls the character and design elements of the Mid-Century period.

Walking through the overstated entrance, you are greeted by Twin Palms and the ornate light fixture original to the home. To the left is the large Living Room with Clerestory Windows, White Leather furnishings, Flat Screen TV and fireplace. Just off of the Living Room is the Gourmet Kitchen, featuring Stainless Appliances and solid surface counters. Guests can choose to enjoy their meals at the dine-in table or the formal dining area adjacent to the Living Room.

Featuring two Master Suites and two additional bedrooms, plus three bathrooms - there is plenty of space for all of your guests. Both Master Suites offer en-suite baths with one featuring a private patio and the second, the 'Garden Room,' offering a great sitting area for TV viewing or reading. Each bedroom features a Flat Screen TV and it's own unique identity, with a mixture of period and modern furnishings.

The large Pool area is easily accessed by the multiple sliders across the backside of the home. Chaise Lounges, Patio Chairs and a large Outdoor Living Room set offer plenty of seating. The 40 x 20 fabric covered pergola provides respite from the sun; the perfect retreat in between time spent in the Pool and Spa. Enjoy the home's prime Western exposure and views of the San Jacinto Mountains.

Rich in Mid-Century Modern History, Twin Palms is located in South Palm Springs. Just a short drive to Downtown, it is also close to The Ace Hotel, Koffi, Smoke Tree Village and Smoke Tree Commons, which offer groceries, dining and banking.
