****THIS 3 BEDROOM CONDO IS LOCATED IN THE TREASURE ISLAND COMPLEX ON THOMAS DRIVE. IT IS DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN IN PANAMA CITY BEACH.

This condo sleeps 10 comfortably. It has 2 pull out couches in the living room.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and has ocean view and balcony access.

The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed also and has balcony access.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and also has balcony access.

All bedrooms and the living rooms have flat screen tvs hanging on the walls.

This condo has one of the biggest balconies in Panama City Beach. The balcony wraps all the way arround the entire condo to the front 2 bedrooms. From the side you can see St Andrews State Park and the jetties.

The Treasure Isalnd front office does charge a $20 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.

They also charge $40 to bring a dog. Only one dog per condo is allowed and the dog can not exceed 30 lbs.

These charges are their charges and are not ours and are not included in our fees.

Would love to stay again

I think we have found our paradise. At least it felt that way during our stay at Treasure Island. What a nice property! The rental agency did a good job at finding the condo that would feel like cozy and and have everything a family of 5 needs.Three bedrooms with lots of space, tidy kitchen, and those bunk beds our little one loved. It feels great to wake up in the morning and have a cup of coffee enjoying the serenity of the ocean. Would love to stay here all the time!

Treasure Island is the condo to be for some fun family time. We were thrilled to arrive to a nice 3-bedroom unit with king size beds. Upon checkin, we found out the ice maker wasn’t working. This tiny issue was taken care of in a matter of minutes, thanks to the rental company, Emerald Coast Destinations. They were very professional and quick, and even asked us to call them if anything. The property itself had a outdoor pools, a workout facility, a large hot tub, and even a couple of big gas grills at a specially designated spot. The condo is located on the East end of Panama City Beach, We had fun. Now it’s your turn!

Treasure Island is great

Treasure Island is one of the nice resorts on the Beach. Close to St. Andrew park, walking distance to some dining places,pet friendly. I love staying here. I dont travel without my little dog, so this condo is perfect for our family. Unit is pleasant,clean and tastefully decorated. I have been to many units here, but in this room I really like the mattresses, so comfortable. Look forward to come back next year.

Spacious

What we like about it... Spaciousness of the condo, location on the east end of the beach, morning coffee and watching the sea life from the balcony, friendliness of office staff, security personnel and everyone who works there. We've stayed here 5 times(same condo the past 4 times), will not stay anywhere else in PCB!

Great Balcony

I just want to tell that how wonderful our vacation was in Treasure Island 3 bedroom condo. Its located in corner of building,end unit and it has lots of lots of space. Unit is huge and light. Very clean and neat decorated.Bathrooms are spacious and balconies are you cant` describe how big and long it is. We had a nice family time, we love this unit and would like to book same unit from this company.
