WE HAVE JUST LISTED this newly renovated, extremely spacious two bedroom beach villa that is conveniently situated between the beach and intracoastal waterway in Pompano Beach just north of Fort Lauderdale. Our beach and small town atmosphere combine for the perfect family vacation spot. Take a stroll to the beach and down the world-famous fishing pier and then on to dozens of great restaurants, shops and marinas. Back at the villa you may choose to catch some rays at poolside or grill some shrimp skewers or lobster tails on the outdoor gas grill. The home's family room features HDTV with DVD, WIFI plus queen size leather sleeper sofa and loveseat. The family room also can be closed off for privacy if desired. Relax with your favorite book or laptop in the adjacent living room with its leather sofa, loveseat and two easy chairs. The den also features a sleeper couch. The kitchen is well-equipped with all appliances including microwave, blender, toaster oven and coffeemaker. Dine inside or step outside to the pool deck and tiki bar. The master bedroom features a queen bed with cable TV and the master bath has a large shower. The second bedroom suite is queen size and also has a sleeper couch. The second bath has a tub/shower combination. Everything has been done to ensure that your stay will be comfortable and relaxing. Delightful family house in Pompano Beach

This is a gem! We had a wonderful month with family and grandchildren visiting. The house is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and easily sleeps 6 or more. The very private pool and side yard are delightful and we spent many days and evenings there with family and friends - and made full use of the adorable Tiki bar and BBQ. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but missing a dishwasher. We would recommend this house to anyone, and we can't wait for next winter!

We try to make every one of our guests' experience one that will be filled with wonderful memories and hope to see Carroll and her family next year for a return visit. We were very inspired by her constant smile and friendly personality.
