About Lauren Doninger
I have rented on the Cape every summer for over 20 years. In this house I have tried to include all of the things that I always wished for when renting. The kitchen is fully functional, there is a lovely outdoor table and chairs, and a clothes line (there is also a washer and dryer). For years I brought my crock-pot on vacation because I liked to have dinner ready as soon as we got home from the beach - so - you can bet this house has a crock-pot! The house is bright, pretty, and very clean. Three of the mattresses are brand new and one is just a few years old. If you have the bad luck of a rainy day you will still have fun playing board games and relaxing in this comfortable and welcoming space.
Lauren Doninger purchased this house in 2012
What makes this house unique
From the back yard you are right on the Cape Cod Bike Trail. You can pedal on the trail to many destinations. If you have spent time on the outer or lower Cape you know that route 6 can slow things down, especially if you have to get to Orleans for groceries or pharmacy. From this property you can get right to the rotary without going on route 6 - more time for vacation fun. And, you can also get to the Salt Pond Visitors Center without going on route 6. Take a brisk stroll to Windmill Park or walk to the Bridge Street marsh and Boat Meadow Beach for a spectacular sunset.
