The majestic entry sets the tone of this beautiful home with stairs leading up to the second floor which offers a spacious open plan main living area. The living room features comfortable furnishings, open beam vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and expansive windows out to the south facing deck with mountain views.

Relax by the dual-sided gas fireplace and enjoy a show on the flat screen TV which features a surround sound system and an Apple TV. The gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is a pleasure to entertain in. Or head out to the deck with patio seating for 8 and enjoy a BBQ and the mountain views. Stay out well into the evening with the comfort of the propane heat lamp to keep you cozy. The den is also located on this floor and features a flat screen TV. There is a powder room on this level for added comfort.

Really liked this house and it was in very nice condition, highly recommended. Only one small nit to pick: The satellite TV had the real basic package, for American travelers, a more comprehensive TV package would be appreciated.

motion detector tone was going off continually. somebody was supposed to come fix it - nobody showed or followed up. We figured a way to minimize the issue.
garage door opener battery died after the first day
TV remote batteries were also dying

these were modest issues but shouldnt have been our problems
