Dakota 'In the Sioux language meaning 'friends'' is a 2,300 sq. ft. log home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over 3 floors.

The Dakota has a great open concept design which flows very nicely from the kitchen, living and dining area with floor to ceiling cathedral windows and two beautiful stone fireplace. One on the main floor and one downstairs A perfect setting for family and friends to socialize and unwind any season of the year.

This charming log home features a pool table and private hot tub, wrap around deck with lounge chairs and BBQ, great views over Blueberry Lake and access to Club House spa .

The Dakota is a very well-appointed home and comes fully equipped including WiFi internet and telephone system.

Residents and vacationers alike will enjoy warm summer breezes, the magnificent color of the fall palette, the spectacle of spring flowers, skiing in the winter on the Eastern North America’s highest mountain peak and a plethora of year round activities at your door step.
