This is such a unique property, as there are so few oceanfront homes in the downtown area - a true 'needle in a haystack'. As soon as we saw the 'For Sale' sign, we knew we had to have this house. You'll never want to leave!!

What makes this house unique

The views are truly amazing - you can just feel the stress melt away as soon as you walk through the front door and hear the waves crashing on the beach... No worries about crossing a road to get to the beach or having to use your car at all - walk to everything! It's a very special house...

We came for a long weekend and it was the first time we've ever been to Montauk. The location of this house is just perfect - we walked to shops, bars and restaurants. Harvest Restaurant is a must-do but you'll need reservations. We loved the upscale decorating and the kids room was a big hit - our girls loved having their own fun space. Nothing better than sitting on the deck with a glass of wine watching the waves. We tried to book a week this summer but they were already full... We give this house a double thumbs-up!!

Love This House!

We stayed at the house for Mother's Day weekend and I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed ourselves! Everything in the house is brand new and looks professionally decorated. The owners have considered every little detail to include a fabulous kids' room that our 4 kids just loved. The beach is beautiful and it was so nice to sit out on the deck and listen to the roar of the ocean. We'll definitely be back for a longer stay next year!
