The pool is a delightful area to relax in with comfortable padded loungers & a lovely shady lanai for those who don't like too much sun with a fan to keep you cool. You will love this oasis of peace & quiet after a busy day at the parks, playing golf or shopping. Why not have a BBQ & relax with a drink, as Florida's drink drive laws are very strict, why risk going out, get the beer & wine in the fridge & enjoy! Pool heat available, chargeable. We have also installed a TV, Video & DVD player plus a comfortable chair in the Master bedroom for those who want to get away from everyone for a while. The other two bedrooms also have TV and DVD players. The lounge has a large TV & DVD player too. Our garden area is planted out with flowers & fruit trees & is fully fenced for your privacy. If there is fruit ready you are welcome to pick it, lemons and limes for your drinks, what more could you want? If you book for Christmas we will put up a Christmas tree & decorate the outside with lights.
Disney is very close (within 5 miles) and the golf course at Orange Lake Country Club is just at the top of the road. As we are members of the Lindfield Owners Association our guests enjoy reduced golf rates at Orange Lake (mention the Lindfields Owners Assoc. when you book). The Gulf coast is barely 2 hours drive and Cape Canaveral just over an hour away. These trips make a change from the theme parks. There are two Publix supermarkets less than 2 miles away, one of them has a great coffee bar where the sandwiches are so huge they are like meals. There is also a Papa John's Take-a-way Pizza parlour there & the Pizzas are great. A new huge Wal-mart has recently opened about 4 miles away and more stores are opening monthly, we can't keep up with it all ourselves. There are also many restaurants in all price ranges for those who don't want to cook. We especially like The Outback, The Longhorn Steak House and Carrabas Italian Restaurant and the terrific Colorado House of Beef.
We can arrange car hire, park tickets and insurance for our guests at competitive rates and we always try to give you helpful advice to plan your vacation to help you have a wonderful time in the 'Sunshine State'. We do prefer that you do not smoke on the premises or in the pool area. We like to keep our home sweet smelling for all our guests so we hope that you will respect our no smoking policy. You've tried the rest - now try the best! We have many guests who return year after year and many of them have become friends over the years, we hope that you will want to join them. If after all this you would like to purchase a similar property, please contact me and I can put you in touch with someone who can show you around and help you with your purchase. Inspection tours can be arranged while you are on holiday. Just ask and I can arrange it for you. We have owned rental homes for over thirteen years now and think that we know the market well.
