3 Bedrooms Plus Den With Murphy Bed, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 8 and Private Pool

Relax in our newly renovated furnished 2200 sq. ft. single level home in a quiet family neighborhood.The master bedroom features a luxurious pillow top king-size mattress and in bedroom #2 a plush pillow-top queen mattress and 2 twin beds in bedroom #3. The den/office has a queen Murphy bed that pulls down. The master suite boasts a new marble walk-in shower, and his and hers vanities. The main bath has a new tiled shower/bath and twin sinks with granite counter tops. Enjoy many delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen that features granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances. In the den there is a laptop computer and printer with WiFi so you can plan your day. There are 3 TV's one has Canadian satellite and the other 2 have local channels as well as a DVD player.

The yard is quiet and private with a sunny deck by the play pool for those that want to sunbathe and a shady sitting area with patio furniture and pub table. Lots of trails to take you to the children's playground and canal walk. We also have some bikes for you to use.

Home is located minutes from the 202 loop,so getting around is easy. We are 10 minutes from the Mesa Gateway airport and about 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Lots of shopping close by for example Candler Fashion Mall, Arizona Mills, and Scottsdale Fashion Square. Golfing within 20 mins of the home example Ocotilla Golf Resort, Bear Creek, Legacy Golf and many more. Also there is baseballs Cactus League spring training fields close by, watch your favorite major league teams play. If you are into exploring,Sedona is 2 hrs north and Tucson is 2 hrs south.
