Enjoy sunrise views from the back lanai and sunsets in the sky from the front porch. 10,000 lb. boat lift and dock on the bay for your boating pleasure.Enjoy wildlife from the back lanai: dolphin,manatee, pelican,heron, osprey, bald eagle. Bikes available, please inquire. Other features include Flat-TV's in three rooms,DVD,CD Internet Access (Wi-fi) side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, electric grille on the Lanai, crib available. Grea bayviews from 2 of the 3 Bedrooms& the Livingroom, front balcony faces west to the Gulf and back lanai faces east over the bay, West facing lanai is screened-in and has table that seats 6 for outdoor dining. Inside dining table seats 8. The beach services just across the street on the beach include rentals for chairs&umbrellas,aqua cycles,hobiecat sailboats,kayaks and wave runners.
