Situated in town Supetar on Brac Island, the modern Apartment Summerbreeze is a 2-minute walk from the Adriatic Sea. Supetar harbour and ferry Port with frequent links to Split is a 15-minute walk away.

Supetar with its 4000 inhabitants is the largest settlement on the Island of Brac, which is the third largest island in Croatia. Supetar, originally named after its patron St. Peter (Croatian Sv. Petar) has grown into a main tourist and transportation center of the Island of Brac. It is very well connected with the mainland town of Split by regular car ferries and with the other settlements on the island by frequent bus lines.

The highest peak of the island, Vidova Gora (778 m) is also the highest peak of all Croatian islands. From Vidova Gora is spreading magnificent view to Middle Dalmatian archipelago. Island Brac has beautiful beaches such as world known Zlatni Rat in Bol, three main beaches in Supetar and one of the nicest sandy beaches Lovrecina near Postira.
